Resignation is the only way, else phishing email or human error can also be option

Can you elaborate on the phishing one? You want me to fail a phishing test? Or send them a phishing mail. Or send myself a phishing mail saying they have accepted my early release?

Consistently mail your manager and ask for roll off. Dont work properly, dont attend meetings and in scrum call if they ask something tell them that you were in a interview call with other company. Ask for hike every other day. Do silly mistakes. Remove some rows from imp documents

Or delete the files or setup cron job on client server to delete few files everyday or make changes without taking backup or just login don't work I would have suggested all this if I could think like you

The only option is health issues to get out the project. i had been in a toxic project. I requested for a project release that I had severe health conditions impacted due to the night shift.

Even I had shared a doctor's medical report that I shouldn't be doing night shifts due to these medical issues They were not even bothered about it & they were asking for a lab report and during the call I had shared divorce copy that my wife filed against for divorce due to work shift timings issues and willing to.move forward dissolve the marriage.

Senior manager and manager were shocked and terrified. At the spot they were agreed to release and requested not to share the details with colleagues and HR

My manager told me, if we have P4 or P5 in our primary skill, then we have an option to choose the projects.

There are only a handful of people in entire Accenture with P4 competency. Leave about P5!

It's a bluff!

[hard way] Loop L5,L6,L7,L8 in your mail(ask chatgpt to draft it for you)

Mention why you wish to not continue with the current project, once released, you will have option to choose your project even with P1 primary skill😊

So after a long time i am writing back again, guess what i managed to finalize my release date for the project.

What I learn? Be confident and good at diplomatic answer.

It WILL take up to 3 months to get project release (depending on how critical you are for project).

Those who are doing shit talking in below that resign or make human error or phishing.

You are NO professional. You are just big mouth shit talking stupid.

Remember never do this shit. Be professional and find diplomatic ways to find escape.

I arranged KT for my replacement
Every convo on email, use excel to plan. My genuine reason was unfit for B shift and i want to be in cloud based task.

Hope this help who are stuck in toxicity. Remember: Stand on your words. Be rigid. Dont get soft.
