How to tackle salary reduction due to tax even after increment of 1 lakhs 😭

Before increment my fixed in hand was 88,300₹ now after getting increment of 1 lakhs on fixed CTC my in-hand is 87500₹ after income tax deduction of 8200₹. Thank you govt for my efforts and contribution.
