Hello everyone, I have a situation. I told while giving interviews that my notice period is negotiable but have to take approval from manager. Now once get the offer, should I ask my manager for early release then talk to HR about joining date? If they didn't give early release then will the new company wait for 60 days? And if not, I've already told my manager that I'm switching so am I not f**ked?
