How to tackle Immediate Joining calls with 90 Days Notice period

Hi Fellow Grapeviners,

I resigned recently with the 90 Days Notice Period. From the beginning of my job switch phase (role- Data Analyst with 4+ yoe) I'm getting calls from naukri asking for immediate joiners only (10-15 Days). Since no one is willing to wait for 90 days in the current market scenario how to tackle this?

If i say I'm immediately available and attend interviews later on in further discussions if I have to reveal my exact last working day what will be the consequences I have to face? Can someone please help on this.
