I am into marketing profile but kind of introvert actually, so changing the carrier into some better paying option now. I know it will be late but I will try to do it.

Today's world is so streamlined. Get some certifications, build and put up some projects on git, leverage gpt and github copilot to code fast. Apply to early stage startups as they will be more open to you switching roles or apply through referrals. It could be tough to get a role commensurate to your overall years of experience.
