How to tackle 90 days notice period?

What's the current market trend for switching? Do we resign and search for job or Get an offer and resign ?

But most companies are looking for immediate or 30 days notice?

I'm currently in notice period. I resigned 2 Days back. Some companies are ok with 90 days np. But they consider your skills over you np(only some companies).

Depends on your CTC, demand of your skill and your proficiency in it. If your CTC is low and your skill have demand and your proficient in it then you can resign and look while on NP else better get an offer first.
