How to tackle 90 days notice period?

What would you do to switch if you worked in a company with 90 days notice period?

A) Mention 60 days (or 30, 45, etc.) to the recruiters intially and later after selection let them know it's 90 days.

B) Mention 60 days (or 30, 45, etc.) to the recruiters and try for a buyout (if it exists).

C) Resign and utilise the notice period for upskilling/interview processes.

D) Others (Mention in the comments)

Safer side, put 90 days only, look u can't lie, recruiters hrs all knows which company what's the official notice period is, in 90 days case, u can try to get one offer and this first will only given by company whose nc is 90 days only, the moment u get one offer then u can play over naukri, + point of 90 days is by end u can have 3-4 offers atleast., this is what I did and I see people with 90 days are doing..
