It depends on tech stack,though it is tough to get an offer these days with 90 days np, if there is demand, you can get an offer (I have got 2). It is not like companies are completely ignoring candidates with 90 days np, but you can expect less raise in salary.

Usually not, but you can check with HR (if u r already on np). HR says if the project is ready to release early then they do not have an issue but I have seen people going in loop between HR and account.
