How to switch ts org without any hassle and apply for leaves(for interviews)during training?

Day1 induction was really shit and i already hate this place for absurd amounts of rules. Feels like a school ngl. I've an upcoming interview next week probably. But the problem is that my training has started and idk what's the procedure for applying leaves. Any tips for not messing up are appreciated. Thanks
