Trending @Wipro; How to switch to Network Support Engineer internally from Operations ?

Hi, Can anyone guide me on how to switch to a Network Support Engineer profile through IJP.... I've been trying for a long time and still couldn't switch to that profile... I talked to my manager and my peers also... But no one is ready to help... What should I do now? Or should I look outside of the organisation?

FYI-- Wipro is my first company, total 3.5 years of experience For 1 year, I worked as a software tester ( manual testing) Then, I was on the bench due to recession On bench, I got the opportunity in operations... I joined that profile because I didn't want to be jobless... But again, the client doesn't want to continue with Wipro...

I would really appreciate your guidance.
