How to switch to devops SRE?

I am currently working in a service based MNC in Identity and access management domain part of cybersecurity with 13 LPA. I want to upskill in devops SRE.I think I'll be paid less than my counterparts because 30 LPA+ is common nowadays.

How to move to a product based company with a handsome package in devops profile? Any suggestions are appreciated
