How to switch to companies with better roles

Hey all I feel I’m stuck in a loop where I’m not getting offers from better companies. Since those companies require me to work on projects on a similar level as theirs but I don’t have that because I didn’t get that opportunity. It feels like a closed group where I just need to break in once…just one good company on my portfolio How do I get just that one good company?
