Trending @Capgemini; How to switch sides?

I am currently in QA, wherein I have worked on Migration (database) testing, DuckCreek manual functional testing, Web UI automation using C# & Selenium. Switched to automation as I was not liking the manual work. But I want to further switch to a more technical domain, how can I do that? Open to any changes that are required.

Also, want to know is it worth shifting gears considering 4 years of experience or is the current path equally benefitting?

Bro, totally worth it to shift gears! 🚀 With 4 years in QA, you've got solid exp. Just dive into coding, maybe Python or Java, and start building projects. Forget manual, go full techie! Your current path is meh, go for the switch, no regrets!

As of switch if the option is as below, what's better? 1.SDET in a financial intelligence company, fortune 500 2.Senior test analyst(manual+automation) in a IT service company both offering same package.
