Hi @KeenPopularity89 - I did this approach. I first did a certification, then learned basics of all the required skill set. Later did 2 projects in that domain. After this, sent invites to managers to hire me internally. My 1st session is yet to begin. Will update you in case I get selected. But there are many cases who had switched via the same process. I had personally spoken with a person who switched from SAP to Azure Data Engineering.
