I am a 6B Java Technology Architect working in Infy for last 2 years. I want to switch project to a different BU.

What are pre-requisites like increasing DQ score, relevant ETA trainings etc. and how can I switch ( in reality). Challenges if any?

I have gone thru the document available in the Infy portal. But what's the ground reality?
