How to switch? (No salary expectations)

I'll be completing 3 yrs soon and I am working as a QA( someone who doesn't know, it's automation testing). I am thinking to switch but im not sure how to and what technologies to learn. I worked on three different internal tools for about two years and rest of the duration, I was undergoing training, on bench etc. So what should I learn now to switch? I want to switch ASAP so is it possible to learn something and switch in the next two months??
