Hi all, I am having an experience of 3.5yrs and stuck in manual mainframe testing and a little bit of automation. I know I have the skills and background of working at something which excites me more. I have learned, React, Node , Flask and a few more automation testing tools like playwright, selenium, RestAssured. I have been constantly applying on IJP but they just reject me without even having any sort of discussion, please Assist.
Hey, I can’t even access IJP when I try to open it. Can you tell me how can i access it. I just searched for ijp in the dot portal and found “step”. When I opened it, it shows the error and doesn’t open. Am I accessing the right portal
Hi, If u have worked in same project for more than 18months. You have right to ask for a release. Directly and openly talk to HR. Your skills are not being utilized to fullest. Do some certification to validate your claim though

There is a rotation policy after 18 months, check if youre eligible there
Yes, but he'll be mapped to complete new field. Though he'll get salary on time but in long run he's relevant exp for new technology will start from zero
