How to switch from the current role

I am currently working as an Associate Consultant in Technology Consulting for 1 year. I joined as a fresher in EY. Completer B.Com and PGDM (Finance).

My project was aligned more with development of the technology. I really want to switch. But the roles that I am interested on requires experience. But with my current how can I switch to other companies.?
