How to switch from TCS (fresher) to FAANG? Help!

Hello, I have joined TCS as a Digital candidate in July. I don't even have a project yet and I want to join FAANG or an equivalent org. How do I do it?

2 of my friends got Amazon oncampus, I got rejected in the first round. I can solve most of the LC medium questions of DSA, currently practising Graphs and DP is mostly done with a few patterns left.

I am doing a Java Microservices course rn so I can put some good projects in my resume.

How do I directly switch to Faang? Where or how do I apply offcampus for a SDE-1 role?

If anyone has joined switched directly from TCS or service based comp, pls guide.
