How to switch from TCS

I have 17 years of experience.. changed 5 different projects and nearly 7 roles/ teams in techinal / non - technical roles.. means jack of a few things .. Master of none :<

No onsite exposure..

Not getting where to start from.. m among the last generation existing in TCS who is born and brought up in TCS..

Someone .. please guide

In service base get onshore experience too bro.. get into technical or support project some one will resign in onshore and you might get a chance but technical people do get onshore
