How to switch from TCS !!!!
It’s been 2 years in TCS and got 4% hike till now and even not promoted to ITA since my overall experience is going to be 5 years in Dec this year …. And the management sucks can’t get through it can someone tell how to get rid of TCS
Just resign bro! As simple as that.
Don’t have any offers in hand and when applying they need immediate joiner nobody wants 90days notice period
Lie about the notice period and give few interviews once you are confident enough to crack all technical rounds resign and keep applying for jobs during notice period
General advice: JOIN TCS ONLY IF YOUR TOTAL EXPERIENCE IS 15Y OR MORE.
You wont get a promotion just after 2 years of joining.
Most companies offer yearly hikes on the same level. Not just TCS
Refresh your skills and move out.
