1. via Bridge Program ( takes 9 months for the entire process. CTC- 7.5 LPA)
2. via IJP (role changes immediately in next quarter. CTC- your prev salary+ 10-15% hike)
3. via manager recommendation ( 10-15% hike)

SSE may apply for bridge program ACON. Another way is to ask your manager if you are performing exceptionally well, he will do.
