Trending @Accenture; How to switch from manual testing to devops

Hi I’m working in Accenture since November 2020, currently earning around 5.5 LPA. I’m planning to switch this year but since my current skill is manual testing I’m planning to switch into devops engineering. Can anyone please guide me on what’s the roadmap ?
