18moHow to switch data management(2 YOE overall) to Java Backend Development in a new company?
I had joined my current company as fresher and they assigned me into data management project just last year following a year of bench. Now I am considering to switch company as a java backend developer. How should I proceed? How to handle interviews as I haven't worked in java development before? Any advice will be valuable. Thank you for the guidance. I am considering external switch as there are some internal policies in my organisation that prevents me from applying internal jobs also I might not get release from my current project.
