Trending @Accenture; How to Switch!!

Hey, all.

I joined Accenture in NoV 2023 via campus placement, and been working in Cybersecurity project since FEB2024, but the thing is my current project is not for my level, its basically incident response, copy pasting emails and all, same monotonous tasks every day. and we have 24*7 working environment, shifts change every month and the project has concept of lean shift, which is like one person supporting the client that day during that shift.

i want to transition into cloud security / cybersecurity engineer, something more meaningful than this.

i even started applying for jobs but not getting any calls due to 90days NP, anyone who has dealt with this can advise, please.

where to apply, which site and all, also how to deal with this 90days of leave policy
