Hello, I completed my MBA in 2023 and have been working as a Business Analyst in a logistics company since then. I’m now looking to transition into the IT/Tech industry. While I’ve been receiving calls from recruiters, I often face rejection during the initial screening as my current experience doesn’t fully align with the IT/Tech requirements.
