Trending @Accenture; How to swap secondary skill with Primary skill ?

Does it depend on the proficiency level ? I'm a fresher and I've been with Accenture for 9 months out of which I've been in a project for 5 months. I want to change my primary skill from Informatica to React js. So do I have to increase my proficiency from P1 to P3? Or can I just change it now and talk with my supervisor to approve it ?

Clarification on this would be of great help guys.

It’s always advisable to have P3 or higher in Primary skill. Better to change it later once you have attained P3 in your new primary skill that ways you have better chances of getting approval from your people lead.
