How to Study a Master's in the USA/EU with a Budget of 10 Lakhs INR?

Hey everyone, I'm planning to pursue a master's degree in the USA or Europe but have a budget constraint of only 10 lakhs INR. I know it's a tight budget, but I'm determined to make it work. I would really appreciate any advice or insights from those who have been in a similar situation or have knowledge about affordable study options abroad or related scholarships.

Try for German or Italian Public University , you need a CGPA above 8.0 , get a scholarship , If you get one you just need to show 10L as bank deposit to move there and do masters .
