Trending @Accenture; How to stop night shift

I just can't do night shifts anymore. I said I don't feel good about my health, my manager says take medicine and work. Even the project is so pathetic in career development. I mean I mostly only create tickets in support the client does not even have an automate ticket system.

On the top of I m female employee my level was 11 there market hire , after all these word I was so scared,I changed my job cracked big4 , other MNC now I m a sr consultant with 4:9 yrs of exp. But the way I was humiliated by that person i still cry , but can't share with anyone .

Hi, I am so sorry to hear this. Kudos to you for taking charge of yourself of moving out. I should take some inspiration and start using LinkedIn jobs instead of doom scrolling here 🥲

Try asking for a roll off from the project

I totally agree, even my health condition got worse by doing night shift the hr and management are so worst they only care about the process not the employee 🥲

HR stands for Human Resources, emphasis on the Resources not Human

They should mention in the offer letter they should only focus on the resources not the employees, this is seriously unfair, Accenture speak about human ingenuity, what about the employees mental and respect, most the top level management and HR treat their employees with disrespectful manner, I also joined Accenture with lots of hope and dreams after joining I got to know about the dark side of it.

There is EAP Employee Assistance Program where you can put out your issue but be aware that proper proofs need to be presented which supports your health condition due to night shifts

Those days were a nightmare for me. In spite of my years of experience, I have often been pulled for client projects everywhere,I was top performers in other 2 Mncs before Accenture, I never met any hyena, all magers and leads were too supportive , even in my current org all people are good, quitting Accenture one of my best decision I got 200 percent hike , but one thing I can't forget why insult ,what was my fault of being humiliated, all saying forget all . But when I see any post like this it reminds me those bad days

Simple logic. Ask if someone from your team wants to reschedule night shifts . As this worked for my project. I just exchange with them

Unfortunately, in my project there is no god made person like that to take up the night 🥲

Medical Certificates Attach them in mail, add your SDL, higher management in CC and explain all the previous conversation between your manager and how he has been accepting your request.

I once was asked to do a night shift but I provided a fake medical certificate about having to get surgery and immediately they moved me to a different team.
