I was working in project,but now I got release and now dont want to take any project,how to stay on bench?

Bro , If I stay on bench , I can report from my city office which ultimately save my 10k per month=quarterly 30k

And mine quarterly they will cut 40k to pay people on bench. Dispite working and attending office every day. So i would suggest leave tcs find a work from home job don't eat our qva.
