How to start a niche EdTech firm?

I have been using Grapevine Since January, 23.
I have an experience of teaching Yoga and now wish to start an edtech firm, catering to candidates appearing in UGC-NET Exam for Yoga Paper.
I myself have been an Ex-AIIMS, NEW DELHI, Yoga Therapist, and have also taught at UG Level, across a few private universities in Delhi/NCR.
How should I do market research for it?
