How to setup company intone portal on ios

Hi folks, I need help in setting up the intune company portal app on iPhone. It’s failing in the second step of device management profile and the pop up of “your IT support doesn’t allow iOS devices ”. Can anyone please help me with this setup.Do I have to mail for this issue and if yes then to whom I can mail?
