Hello Folks , I am serving my notice period , can somebody guide me on how to sell Accenture shares purchased through ESPP , also is it possible to keep the shares post exit???
yo bro, congrats on the new gig! 🎉 u can sell ur ESPP shares through the brokerage account linked to ur ESPP. as for keeping them post-exit, totally possible! just make sure u transfer them to a personal account. good luck! 💪

To transfer to your personal account, you have to opt Non U.S Financial institution wire transfer to other currency.
Under this you have to fill the below(transferred to my HDFC)
Section 1 - Participant information
Will be auto filled as per the information given
Section 2 - Bank details Currency - INR Destination country - India Swift code - HDFCINBBXXX Bank code - Branch IFSC code
Section 3- Bank account details
Name of the bank: HDFC Bank
Bank address: given as per the IFSC code address
Bank phone: Can give your phone no with +91
IBAN : account number
Name: Name as per the bank account
Section 4 - NA(No need to fill)
Then submit. Once submitted it will 5 to 8 working days to get transferred to your Indian account. As first level of check I have tried for 5$ 😉. Once it worked I have tried for the remaining amount
