How to search for job as 1yoe candidate

Hi all, I am looking for a switch but most of the jobs I see require 2+ yoe but I only have 1 yoe any tips as to how I can find jobs

I doubt any companies would prefer 1 yoe for any tech job openings. If you worked for talent acquisition, they may.
