How to search for high impact jobs

I have just graduated from college some times ago . I have a few internship experiences and OEM course completion certificates and I am willing to get real life value. But the point is my experience still remains very less so how can I get a stable job with a good salary that ensure better growth. How and where can I apply for companies who will care more for real life skill than experience.

My choice of fields are either Devops, SRE or SDE
