how to say no to mandatory registration?

I work at witch. today, we are asked to register for some event. while registration, they require personal information such as mobile, interests which also includes some internal data fields like who my current client is (as far as I know, employees are not allowed to discuss this (officially) outside of org)

privacy notice also says they may share it with a third party. also states that they do not have data selling cases in the past. (well, who knows the future) they may also share it with media publications.

I am opposing this because I don't like their policies for eg.. formals, daily office of frustrating hours, and bs policies (even if you are NPC atm), I mean... who the fuck writes code while almost sweating in formals?

I do not want to be part of this. HR is here to check if everybody has registered!

ps; before you advise me to get out of this org... yes, I'm preparing for interviews.
