15moTrending @Infosys; How to say NO to a project ?
I Asked for a change from an ongoing project as its manager is mentally pressurising everyone . Now I am given another project whose shift timings are 2-11pm ( as I am not comfortable at personal front to work beyond 8pm) and the PCon doesn't seems too nice also. SAP product. And I am a bit under paid for that position as well.

Just say NO bro. If the project timings and manager are not working for you, it's not worth the stress. Speak up, tell them straight up that it's not feasible for you. Don't settle for less.

Yes, but before that my line manager gave me another opportunity to go.to US, to which I said No due to family health issue . And now he again asked me this . Now I am at a fix .
