My base location is Chennai. And I got a laptop from the Chennai location.now can I return the laptop at the Hyderabad office? Or do I need to return to the Chennai location only?

No. While raising a request to return the laptop in wiserve, you can select "pickup" and mention your pickup address. The pickup will be scheduled
