Trending @Cognizant; How to return asset to Cognizant from home itself ,do they pick up asset..?

Still they are piking up. I have changed my laptop from my natuve place month back. Go to service now request hardware asset relaese and choose pick up required. Give address they will pickup.

Note: They will only pick up big assets. If you raise request for dongle or data card or headphones etc then they won't.

Only in remote cities. But since they have made it mandatory to come to office I don't think so home pick up will be available.
