How to Resign Without Serving Notice in EY?
The last 1 year I haven't got quality work in EY,so I have applied for other companies suggesting that I am already serving notice. I am now on the stage of getting offer letter from an organization but have not yet put my papers in EY due to the current market conditions. How do I reduce my 2 month notice period to a week by paying the least amount of buyout and using annual leaves? How many annual leaves will they utilize?
