3moTrending @Infosys; How to resign without notice period.
After months of looking for a switch, I just got an OL with a joining date in the 1st week of Jan. I'm yet to resign. After being on the bench for nearly 4 months due to diff in skill and requirement in the unit. I cleared a client round last month, onboarding has already started. I don't know how I'm gonna reduce the notice period. Pls help.
