Trending @Accenture; How to resign/get roll off?
Is there any way to resign or get rolled off from my current project without telling my manager? Can this be done from some other level and my manager would never know that this was initiated by me?
Nope.. Both options will go through your manager.. Btw why are you hesitating to inform him?.. He is not your relative bro.. Behave like a professional 😁... Just ask right away over email that your current project and skill does not align with your future goals
Visit your workday, click on contact, goto support roles and check who is your people lead enabler. Reach out to him/her and ask her to update your supervisor details. Check with your PMO and ask to set your Roll off date in SMART. Another way probably skip level, reach out to the project lead and discuss the same. Note: if you have completed 18 months in one project. No one can stop you from leaving the project. Hoping any of the above suggestion would work! :)
