How to resign?
Can anyone please tell me how to resign in tcs? Is there some portal or do i need to mail ?
Isnt it odd that they dont have a proper portal to submit and track resignation to lwd ? I mean tcs is designing high end systems for others, this is such a minor thing
Hey man, I am on my notice period. I feel I can take you through the entire process. Might come in handy.
Mail your manager.
Keep HR in cc.
Your manager will then keep a meeting with you and the delivery manger/your supermanager.
Manager will update your LWD in iTalent and PRM.
You will be briefed about notice period dos and donts by the HR.
Then youll be asked to share your KT plan and HOTO complaince plan.
Post that, you will be approached by the separations team for PF formalities and other closures such as asset return, due settlement, graduity, HIS scheme etc

Everyone are not required, only Your manager is mandatory. It is his job to take care of the rest.
