Trending @Infosys; How to request for home location?
Hi I have joined infy in the month of June 24th and I am in bench now. How can I request for my home location? To whom should I contact?
Talk to your manager; it is much easier now compared to pre-Covid. Infosys management is pushing strongly for moving to tier 2 locations. Unless their are ODC considerations and not available in your preferred location , it is definitely easy
You can’t . If you wanted home location you should have requested before joining. Now it will totally depend on the project you get selected in where working your home location is an option . And if you give this as pre condition in interviews there is probability you will get rejected and remain in benc for long
Mostly you be relocated to based on your project, if your project team is available in your home location then you may after having discussion with your manager.
