I'm tired of my manager and the amount of workload i've. How do you go about asking for a project change without majorly pissing anyone off?

Better not to ask for a change of project because they will not give and simply they will send u to PIP

Please let me know if you get any good reply, I am also suffering from same phase but in my case my manager is chill till now.....but their expectations are more than my experience
