Trending @Accenture; How to report toxic micromanaging/ how to leave the project?

After giving excellent performer, a new AM comes reduces my main dev work and is trying to learn from me. This AM would sigh if client give any works to me as I developed things earlier that she cannot disturb me. I am feeling sick & burdened. I reported this to my Senior manager and he just shrugged it off. She keeps calling me directly on teams even if I log out. I am an underpaid ASE (1.5YOE) and the market is cooked. If it wasn't for being responsible I would resign right away

All the managers are behaving this way in every project in Accenture, the Accenture people culture is dying gradually

TBH, most of the managers do nothing except taking updates and noting them down No documentation work, no testing no development
And get enough time to micromanage and complete their personal household chores

On the other hand people till TO are scuffing thwir ass off with ahitload of work

In my project unofficial tracker is maintain to comply us to work for 9 hrs of work + break time and login logout time has been asked from us and we are being tracked

In my project , the team lead has been in the project since last 5-6 yrs with the scrum master and scrum master is helping to make her work done by others to give team lead queen treatment with lots of approved leaves .

The whole management is behaving like this in other projects as well. The manager/scrum master/lead unaware about the technology and been in same project since 5-8years. Staying so long in the same project makes them aware of the end to end solution of any issue.
What else can you expect from those people who are unaware of professionalism. They just want to complete their tasks on time. That's it. The major thing they can do is put people in pip though they should be in pip to know the bare minimum about professionalism

You are accurate. I reported about this scrum master to leadership casually. They said they can't let this person go due no replacement at the moment. But they are noticing their behaviour too.

What you will do if the scrum master , manager and lead are on the same page and do 100% to mentally and physically harash.
