
Trending @HCL; How to replace the laptop and get new laptop !?
This is killing me , bloody machine restarting automatically middle of project or discussion calls.
Went to IT so many times they just update driver everytime.. any idea how do I need to replace it?

I've experienced something similar. In Feb I started getting display flickering issue. IT Team didn't replace the laptop but said that the machine is still under warranty and sent Lenovo Support Team to my home to replace the display unit. Again in July I started getting flickering issue. That time also they said will not replace laptop entirely but raised warranty ticket to Lenovo 😓 I pushed IT Team via my RM saying that this itself is impacting my delivery every 2 months and finally IT Team replaced my laptop last month.

I feel like putting bad words on IT team whoever I go there they treat like as if they know everything and they do nothing.. stinky ODC smells like YUK!! I have raised this concern till global director level still they behave like noobs

Issues aren't resolved easily at HCL. It's just like a government office, takes ages to get things done. Our ODC doesn't have good network connectivity, we've been reporting this since 6 months yet no action was taken.
