How to release from the project without any nonsense from the management??

Do a certification course that doesn’t match your project requirements

If non billable, speak to manager,
If billable, forget about release

Its Next To Impossible, I am trying from 3Years Project Manager Told There Is Way to Enter but there is no way to exit . Its Hell & You can’t take yourself out

Truth be told, no nonsense release is not possible.

Get a minor escalation every month from customer

Whether you are billable/ non-billable doesn't matter, they will not give you release. They will say you are getting your salary right.

Take leave on alternative days

Directly talk with manager that you want release as you are looking for so and so technology which is not in current project and you have experience in that . So you will surely get released.

There is only one way out...don't perform and let the client escalate.. once the client says they don't want to work with you only in that case they can think to move you out otherwise forget and keep working quietly..
