How to release from project?

Recently I have Joined one support project It was Headache project, I don’t like work, no technical stuff, 24/5 shifts & I think it will effect my career how to release from the project? Can we ask release for two weeks after joining the project?

In tcs they will not release you once you are onboard project for at least 6 months until and unless you create some client escalations , if you didn't get access and allocation is not done , talk to your manager stating the reasons, and if there is no client evaluation before you were selected for a project there might be chance to get released.
