How to reject candidate - another mindset

I always appear for the interviews to check kitte paani me hu.

I observed 2 kind of interviewer… 🫢

1. The one who genuinely takes interview , if I m not able to answer, so sometime they try brainstorming, because they understand I can answer and then they select.

2. This one interviewer actually finds the reason how to reject. Like will ask you questions on those areas where they get to know that is weak area and then reject you happily.

I am really curious to understand 2nd kind of interviewer.

Why do they do like this?

What they think (ghamand hai kya bhai koi)

Jeevan me bahot dukhi hai?

Can anyone answer ??
